Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Very commendable   August 20, 2006

7 out of 8 found this review helpful

I bought this book to aid my pre-season training. I have found it thoroughly informative and precise with detailed drills on aerobic, anaerobic, agility, power, strength training and much more. It encompases detailed information on structuring a 12-month fitness schedule to efficient warm-up/down sessions, as well as detailed information on nutrition and mental training. This book is very commendable and the detail with further researching references are extremely helpful if you are interested in exploring a specific form of training with even further detail. Extremely easy to read for both the novice and proffesional rugby player or coach.
