I was new to rugby and bought this book. I would recommend that you only read this if you have an overall feeling for the game or are experienced and looking for an edge. Although the information was really good and very helpful, most of the tactics and training drills went over my head.

this book provides the reader with a guide to rugby from total beginners to advanced tactial players. this book is easy to read and has plenty of tips and tricks to keep the opposition at bay...if your game needs any improvements then this the book for you
