Absolutely packed with information! January 11, 2007 M. Bertarelli This book is clearly laid out, nicely presented, straightforward details. It's absolutely packed with information, so I had to get familiar with the terminology - but there's a great glossary!. It's great as a reference book.
NLP demystified successfully September 27, 2006 Trisha (London) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I am a psychologist with an interest in NLP, but with no formal training in the area. I came across this book recently and found it very good at demystifying some of the jargon that often surrounds NLP. It's clearly written and gives straightforward explanations of all the areas within NLP that I had previously come across, plus many more, and seems to have a practical approach too. I immediately bought into some of the ideas - for example, about how you can change your thinking, which can then make a difference to the way you behave. It's good.
Now I know! September 25, 2006 Bookworm (Edinburgh, Scotland) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
An extraordinarily useful book which introduces the subject in a clear and concise way. With useful examples - it will give readers an insight into how NLP works and start them on a path where NLP can be a positive force in their lives.
Basic book, not enough word count September 1, 2006 CRAZY GIRL (Brsitol, UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Most certainly the book covers the basics and key principles of NLP, even goes so far as to exploring its history ... but that's it. I had hoped to be able to partake of some knowledge that was new, but this is old hat revamped. Maybe the book should have been longer, I don't know. So perhaps I am being too harsh, but I can only judge on what is within, not what wasn't.
