My grandson found both Luke Lancelot books absolutely riveting when he discovered them at age 4. Now that he is 6 years old and at school he keeps them constantly by his side and they are his favourite reading matter. Giles Andreae has the gift of weaving just the right amount of mystery and suspense into his stories. These are truly gripping tales with more than a passing reference to King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table but, at the same time, manage to illustrate the difference between bravery and foolhardiness. Great books for both boys and girls.
