Fantastic adaptaton of a great book.June 28, 2008 M. Connell(Bristol, UK) A much more satisfying version than Kubrick's 'classic' which has always left me a bit cold. Great cast and the musical elements really help drive the story.

Nevertheless this is well worth listening to as it brings the story to life in a different way. As this is an ongoing play it makes the 'brainwashing' effect of the language more effective since you simply reread the passage until you understand it (OK you can rewind the tape but that is not the same).
The same story is told, with the same ending, but with a more stylised (unrealistic) sense which adds to the experience
