This book didn't find this book as addictive as 'Melody' i found it quite a good read. I liked the relationship between Melody and Cary. I also think that the way her mother treats is a bit far fetched but good anyway. A good read that i would recommend but you would need to read 'Melody' first

The second book in the 'Melody' series, sees Melody searching for the true identity of her father and still coming to terms with all that has happened. I thought it was a great book, I just couldn't put it down! All the original characters are in there and there are a few new ones added to make things more interesting! The book provides you with more questions, than it does answers and you are definitely kept guessing. I would reccomend that you read the first book 'Melody', before you read this, but it is not essential as the story is quite easy to follow and pick up. It is a must read for all Virgina Andrews fans! As the story progresses you see the relationships between Melody and her new found family grow and change. There are of course plenty of shock revelations thrown in to spice things up a bit. All in all, I would say it is a great read and if you like thrillers you won't be disapointed!.
