This tape has already changed the way I feel from day to day. I used to wake feeling tired and irritable, now I listen to this tape every night as I go to sleep and I wake feeling full of energy and positive about my life and work. I'm about three weeks into using the tape, so the "profound" benefits haven't materialised. The session on abundance on side two promises much, and I'll keep going. Yes, the narrator's voice is very deep and relaxing, and I do go to sleep most nights before the end - but as he says, "That's all right". Just one point though - this isn't BY Edgar Cayce, rather it's BASED on his teachings.

This tape, in my opinion, serves two purposes. Firstly, it clears up any misconceptions which may exist about the process of self hypnosis. This is entertaining but not new. Similar explanations exist in numerous publications and self help tapes. Nevertheless, it achieves what it sets out to achieve.The real PLUS is the self hypnosis session on side two. This is thoroughly enjoyable and very relaxing. A little too much talking at the start maybe, but once the session is underway, it is very very enjoyable and you certainly do feel yourself going deeper and deeper and deper (oh sorry)- anyway, I'm sure you know what I mean. The only trouble is that I play it at night and have, on each occasion, fallen asleep before the end. So.....What's the ending like? I must make myself stay awake some time.
Great Introduction to Self-Hypnosis May 2, 1999

This tape gives a brief introduction to self-hypnosis and one complete hypnosis session. The results of this session are noticeable within 3-4 days and profound after one month. After completing this program, I have noticed a difference. The narrator has a very deep voice. Three other scripts are included in the text for you to create your own tapes.
