5 out of 5 stars could have put it down, but didn't!!!   June 9, 2005

I simply couldn't put it down. How many times have we seen decisions made by others and criticised them? How many times have we looked back and told ourselves we made the right decision? From Barings not making a decision to deal with their (apparently obvious - now) almighty mess to the hairdresser in a crumbling town deciding not to move with the times, we are hand held through the complexities of the how and the why we make the decisions we do - good and bad. Excellent use of interesting supporting cases and in a digestible language.
