Nice all round read.January 17, 2006 I good but, at times, a complex read (but studying the markents can be complex too). This book looks like a book written in the 1960's but it is packed with excellent trading ideas where majority of them are for long term traders.

I have read (too)many books on trading strategy, and this is certainly one of the best. It is not repetitive and is clear on what will and more importantly what will not work. It is not filled with seemingly endless pages of print-out from TradeStation. Views on topics such as (over)optimisation were thought provoking and well argued. It contains a number of good ideas to try for ones self, represents excellent value for money and deserves a place on the system trader's book shelf.
