Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Unfolds at breathtaking speed...   October 23, 2005
5 out of 5 found this review helpful

This is, by far, the best of the Larry Millett 'Sherlock Holmes' adventures that I have read so far. The story unfolds at a breathtaking speed, moving quickly from Britain to America. There is also a nice tie-in with one of Holmes' earlier cases. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid dose of Holmes!

A minor annoyance - early references in Watson's narrative to a 'Railroad' Station are, of course, incorrect, as they have always been referred to as Railway Stations in Britain.
