Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Absolutely brilliant.   September 7, 2000

Tanenbaum must be the master of thinking crime/legal fiction. Move over John Grisham!

I found it impossible to put this book down. The characters are real people, the storyline is believable and the moral dilemmas are truly absorbing, without being overly technical or self indulgent. Add to this some of the funniest observations of family life chez Karp, and you get a story that functions extremely well on all levels.

He has far more depth than Grisham and I cannot understand why he has not had the same level of exposure in the UK.
