Complete practical resource February 8, 2002 Troy Banarzi (troy@alextech.info) (London) 34 out of 35 found this review helpful
This book is a fantastic resource for anyone who wishes to know how the body works in movement. I am a London based Alexander Technique teacher (teaching awareness in movement), and have looked through countless books and manuals picking up bits and pieces of useful and practical information about the workings of the muscular-skeletal system over the years. This book contains it all, and much more, and is written by a man who obviously not only knows the theory, but is also very familiar with the practical. Highly recommended for those who require a thorough and practical understanding of how the human body works, especially Alexander Technique teachers, Yoga teachers, martial artists, dancers, performers and athletes.
