Definitevely a must have. October 22, 2003 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
Well, the book is helpful to all of those trying to improve their approach to the other sex. This is not the guide that will have women (or men) falling into your arms, but knowing and understanding better what you are seeing, will definitevely improve your chances and save you time. If you are out on the field, you definitively must be aware of what is written in here. Overall the book is well written and there IS some thought behind.
An average read, but not a great deal of detail. January 22, 2002 16 out of 30 found this review helpful
I found the book interesting but it seemed to cover most of what we are already aware of, The Pictures seem to waste a great deal of space where there could have been more text and detail.
Looking good! February 23, 2000 31 out of 34 found this review helpful
If, like me you grew up with other things on on your mind when your contemporaries were learning about flirting with the opposite sex then this book could provide you with a way of catching up -fast.I received the book on Monday morning and was meeting with the girl of my interest 2 hours later - from what I'd learned of the basic principles I was able to give off the 'I'm interested in you' signals and was warmly surprised to recognise a positive response (and understand why it was happening). The author is right to stress that this isn't a book of 'magical secrets for pulling supermodels'! but if you think you need a bit of guidance in giving the right signals and (as importantly) recognising them: I recommend this book.
Insightful and useful. December 30, 1999 32 out of 33 found this review helpful
With a scientific basis for some of its arguments, the book seems authoritative and when I've tried some of the techniques I was met with unfailing success. The illustrations and photos provide excellent instruction and examples however the layout gives it a glossy "coffee table" feel rather than that of a manual that can be easily referenced and searched for particular information. The authors, however, are the first to admit that body language must be interpreted within context - there is no fool proof way to read a person, but this book's strength is that it will help other people to read you more easily. Men/woman will know when you are interested in them and so give you a response much more quickly than you may be used to. This book is far superior to many other simmilar titles and has relevance outwith sexual relationships. It should provide an interesting and instructive read for anyone seeking insight into body language.
Absolutely fantastic! August 6, 1999 8 out of 12 found this review helpful
This book is great! I started out pretty sceptical of some ofthe very subtle ques this book talks about, but after a little experimentation and practice I'm impressed. Some of this is common sense, but there are a lot of signals I was sending and receiving that I never realized.
