`Even More Terrible Tudors' takes you back for another look at the mad Tudor monarchs and their suffering subjects ..' March 21, 2007 Amazon Reviewer 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
`In the `Terrible Tudors`, there were foul facts about the fun loving Tudor family and their subjects. Now here are even more savage stories of their suffering..... `Even More Terrible Tudors' takes you back for another look at the mad Tudor monarchs and their suffering subjects - who just couldn't help losing their heads. Want to know:- who invited Queen Elizabeth I to visit his brand new toilet? what you get when you sew the front of a chicken to the back of a pig? how to catch jail fever if you've never been to prison? Read on for amazing information about the good times and the gory - from the fabulous fun of the great goose fairs and the harmless horrors of Shakespeare's plays, to the vicious variety of painful punishments and the terrible trickery of the ruthless royal family. History has never been so horrible!' A witty, colourful cover opens to 127 pages, split over 5 chapters:- Henry the mean monarch Horrible Henry Little Ed Misery Mary Bad Bess with an introduction and an epilogue. Written with the typical Deary humour, in a variety of fonts, and superb illustrations throughout from Martin Brown.

Thousands of people cannot stand learning about history, but this book makes learning hysterical. If the information in the first book left you needing more insight into the tudor monarch then this is a great book for you!
