Paul takes you through the basics that humour has more to do with life than just laughing. Using his vast knowledge and experience he shows you how to further develop you humour and in doing so learn to enjoy your life more. I love the way he shows you where the professional research comes from, and in humourous language takes you through the book from health, children, work to the corporate world. This book is a must for anyone who wants to develop their sense of humour and essential for any person who is in the personal development and training field. If you can't find out how to smile again from Paul then go back to the soaps!
