A strong collection of short stories from Isaac AsimovFebruary 18, 2000 markacu@thenewfrontiers.co.uk(England) 8 out of 10 found this review helpful
This is a collection of stories which demonstrates the full range of Isaac Asimov's ability from adventure to romance and from suspense to humour. There is something here for everyone including the excellent "Nightfall" which still stands today as a gem of modern science fiction. In my opinion this collection is not quite as strong as the first volume but is equally deserving of a read.
An excellent collection from the greatest Sci-Fi author everFebruary 18, 2000 markacu@thenewfrontiers.co.uk(England) 7 out of 9 found this review helpful
This collection of stories firmly establishes Isaac Asimov as the greatest science fiction writer ever. He skillfully writes about a broad variety of themes with imagination, realism and characters that you can almost touch. This book also contains "The Last Question" which I feel is almost certainly his most profound story ever and just has to be read.
