2 out of 5 stars boring!   October 15, 2001

I thought this book was extremely boring, really! The ending was very poor and i think the whole storyline was a bit rushed! You'd be better off with halloween rain!

5 out of 5 stars boring at its best   May 4, 2001

In this book the writer has given none of the characters any definition of a personality, it seems that the author used ths book as an excuse to write about the salem witch trials, which i know to some people could prove interesting, for those people i suggest a text book and not a supposedly fictoinal book. i would not recommend this to anyone who does not have any tolerance for a slow starting -and for that matter ending- story.

Previously I have really enjoyed reading Buffy books. However, this one was awful. It was dull, the characterisation was wrong and it was totally unoriginal simply placing the Scooby-gang into the Salem witch trials. Hopefully the Scooby-gang will summon a demon to collect up every copy of this rubbish and then cast them all into the Hellmouth for all Eternity, thus preventing anyone else suffering the nightmare that is this book.

5 out of 5 stars Very cool, loads of dreams and possession   February 7, 2001

Brilliant a must for all buffy fans. Buffy dreams she is a slayer from the salem witch trials Xander thinks he is a girl who was accused from being a witch at that point and he hates who buffy is, Giles becomes really ill as samantha's(buffy) watcher did in the past before he died. Many other people become possesed and try to resurect the master exactly what happened in the past when Samantha died. And just when willow feels left out she dreams she is girl xanders male admirer

Very good book.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
