Great for young learnersSeptember 30, 2008 Lip W. Lee(UK) My 7 yo daughter found this book very enjoyable. The pieces are varied in terms of style and technical difficulty. Some of the songs are quite upbeat, and are tunes you can dance along with. It definitely made violin learning much more intersting for her. The CD is very useful for helping a learner to start off, and for a learner to check that their timing and intonation are correct. I think it is a great book for ABRSM grade 1-2.
