Brilliant Entertainment February 25, 2008 Mrs. R. Robinson 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My sons friend brought this book in for show and tell. Since then we have bought it and we have given it to 3 or 4 7 year old boys as presents. All of whom have loved it.
Very cool! December 13, 2007 L. Gunn (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Bought this book for my two boys 7 and 5 to keep them occupied after school in dark winter evenings. They absolutely loved it! Have subsequently bought it for 2 of my nephews and godson and the response was unanimous! It requires some adult supervising as some airplanes are quite sophisticated but if your younger child likes a challenge, it's great. Highly recommended purchase (particularly at this great Amazon price)!
For kids of all ages! August 29, 2007 Scarymamma (Yorkshire, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got this book for my son - we both love it! It is a must have for anyone who has folded a scrap piece of paper into a plane just to see it spiral out of control, crash and burn (not literally of course!). I would never have believed that paper airplanes could be made that could fly so far or so accurately! My son is 8 and can just about manage to make the planes on his own now. I was so impressed that I have bought this book for all my kid's friends and even for a few of my adult male friends and my Dad! (big kids at heart).
Entertainment for 3 generations! November 4, 2006 Mrs. M. thompson (Essex England) 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
My Son received this as a gift for his 8th Birthday. It is fantastic! Clear diagrams and instructions enable you to make these airplanes, which range from easy to more difficult. With a little help my 5 year old could also join in the fun, so could their 60 year old Grandad! Plenty of good quality, funky patterned paper is included. I have since bought 3 for gifts to give!
A great way to entertain boys! September 9, 2005 27 out of 27 found this review helpful
A friend brought this book when visiting and it kept all the male members of both families entertained for hours! Younger children will need help following the instructions but it seems the adults are more than willing to help. A great gift for around age 8 and above. When the instructions are followed the planes fly brilliantly!
