I bought this book a couple of weeks ago, and I haven't stopped raving about just how wonderful it is. Now I want to go on one of the weekend seminars which I probably will in the next few months. I am certainly sleeping better than I have done in years and feel more positive about life in general. It really is worth a read if you want to get more meaning from your life and lots of inner peace. I really can't rate this book highly enough.

I found out about this book quite by chance, and it has changed my life more than I can say. A few months ago I was diagnosed with Conversion Symptom Aphonia, I had lost the ability to talk at all and could can hardly eat. It was like my whole body has shut down, a psychologist I saw said that I was suffering from post trauma to losing my mum and real father that I sadly never was able to meet. I have been through a nightmare, and the days have been very dark.
Through reading The Journey my life has been transformed, I was so encouraged after reading about Brandon Bays journey and how she healed herself from having a football size tumor in her stomach and all she found out whilst doing this, that I saw a lady locally who does Journey Therapy, and was actually taught be Brandon herself.
Through going through my own 'journey' a miracle happened and a few days later my voice returned. I am also feeling different, so much more positive and calm.
I can not recommend this book enough, Brandon is truly the most beautiful person with the most beautiful soul, her passion for wanting YOU to heal and see there is hope radiates from the pages.Every day since finishing the book I still re read pages as they still say something new to you each time.
Through this book not only have I found Brandon and her work, but also the most beautiful journey therapist who I am seeing. (You can see from Brandons website where your local one is). But also I have found my life again, and have found hope again.
Please read this book if you are feeling nothing else has worked, because this will!!!

With a little practice and a willingness to stop and fully feel your emotions the techniques in this book really can clear issues you may have been stuck with for years - I cleared longstanding depression using Journey methods, and feel generally happier and more positive about myself than before I did the work. I've also successfully dealt with anger and low self-esteem issues, as well as some physical stuff.
A willingness to open to the possibility that there's something more powerful in this universe than your own mind-talk is a huge help in easing the process work, and if you find it difficult on your own, just get a friend to read the processes out to you. Be willing to give each session an hour or so, and be prepared if necessary to give it a few tries - it gets easier each time.
This is powerful "how-to" stuff - the sort of work others (Chopra, Pert, Myss, Hay, etc.) just talk about. Brandon's story is inspiring, and a great, easy read, though it's the practical work that's extraordinary. It's genius, it's simple, and it really works!

Although written nearly 10 years ago, this book hasn't lost any of it's phenomenal appeal. Not only does it describe Brandon Bay's remarkable story of healing from a baseball-sized tumour in her uterus in only 6 1/2 weeks without drugs or surgery, but it even goes on to give away the seductively simple, yet tremendously powerful method with which she was guided to heal. All you need to facilitate this repeatable, scientifically grounded process to clear out longstanding, debilitating physical and emotional blockages that have held you back from living your life as a true expression of the real you - the "shining diamond" that you really are, as Brandon puts it in a beautiful parable - is right there in the book. And it certainly has changed my life from the inside out! Not only have I freed myself from severe migraines, chronic knee pain, anger, jealousy and low self esteem, but my whole life has taken on a new dimension of inner peace, happiness and abundance in all areas - relationships, family, career, health ... you name it. I didn't want to stop there, I wanted it all and I wanted it NOW. So I went on to Ms. Bays powerful weekend seminars and advanced retreats - the best, deepest, most transformational, healing and liberating thing I've ever done in all my life. What I got was far more than I could even dream or conceive of. So don't waste anymore time of your precious life. Get the book straight away. Treat it as your best friend (until you've met Ms. Bays and her beautifully shining team of staff and seminar trainers personally!) and begin your very own exhilarating and liberating Journey to the heart of - guess what - your highest potential and the inherent Freedom inside of you, waiting for you to come home to yourself. Highly reccommended!

This book was read in all of two days, I loved it. I am very skeptical about these kinds of things although I study and read about them a lot ! I prefer to investigate it first before I blast it, so recently I booked myself in with a practitioner to see if it can work miracles for me. Whether it works or not, I feel it was a good injection of positivity :)
