After a colleague and I booked our Prince 2 courses. I purchased 2 to help get an overall picture of Prince 2. Now I've done the training, I can't say how much it helped! You might find a few anomalies like the PL process not linked to SB1 but this shows that you're understanding it. On the back is a matrix of the products and processes and their interaction.
Overall, highly recommended...................

With the changes to the PRINCE2 manual, the process map has been updated to reflect the changes, including new inputs and outputs, and updated 'DP' process. All Maps shipped after 4th December will contain these changes.

I have just sat the Foundation & Practitioner Exams. This wallchart was invaluable during the pre-course reading days, helping to bring some clarity to the manual which is a very dry read.
It is much more useful than the Crazy Colour version due to the level of detail it contains.
One of the questions in my exam was about Closing a Project , I hadn't fully studied this process, so out came the chart and I could see at a glance all the documentation flows etc. required.Like the previous reviewer, after just a few days on my desk, another 5 copies have been ordered by my work colleagues.
At 3 it is a no-brainer really

I work for a major Goverment department, who have just implemented PRINCE2 across all our Projects.We purchased a copy of the Poster for our Project Support Office, to help us with our PRINCE2 projects - we could see at a glance all the process and links for every document, and what point they were created, updated and completed. After a week on our office wall, everyone wanted one, and we have now 35 copies around the building. We also found it great for the people taking exams, as you can take the A3 version in with you to the exam, and it covers everything you need to know about the links and relationships between process and documents. Barry
