This is a really practical guide for anyone who has a team to lead, no matter how big or small. I particularly enjoyed the sections on managing expectations, dealing with bullies and presenting, three things I have found really challenging in my new role. There is no beating around the bush here,just solid realistic advice for normal people in normal situations rather than the idealistic stuff you find in most books on leadership. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to find out about good leadership without reading loads of dry theory.
