Firm favourite April 30, 2008 L Spark (Cambodia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a wonderful story with lovely illustrations which my son has enjoyed from age 1. He repeats the words and loves looking at the pictures and talking about all the things going on and naming all the animals etc. It's an uplifting story with a world view which makes the point that everyone has a place in the world, no matter how small.
Fantastic!!! April 13, 2008 J. Mitchell (East Sussex, England) My son and I read this book every day. Actually, that's a lie - I have read it so many times I actually know it off by heart so I recite it to him every day!! Dylan and I both choose this as our favourite (children's) book. We love it.
Superb February 20, 2008 L. Hughes Fantastic Book, my 3 year old loves the rhyming and i enjoy reading this to him. The illustrations are lovely.
An absolute MUST BUY! January 30, 2008 K. Stanwell-smith (Berkshire, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book is so nice to read to your children. My three sons adore hearing about the snail going on his big adventure around the world. They chose this book over and over again. If you haven't got this book in your collection..it really is a must buy!
A real gem (review by a mum and a teacher) January 7, 2008 A. Iles (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I absolutely love this book, it is beautifully written and illustrated. A great book for opening up you child's eyes to the "world that is wide". This is the kind of book that leaves a warm fuzzy feeling inside.
