Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars A fun and suitably bonkers read   January 15, 2008
H. Martin
My seven year old son loved this book; he tried to describe it at school in his book review lesson and apparently became so speechless with laughter that the whole class now wants to read it! 'Grandma' comments that it was rather rude in parts, but that this is no doubt a good thing! If anyone wants a book that will encourage reluctant readers to have a try, then this could be the one. It's definitely up there with Horrid Henry on the favourites' shelf in our family and I am hoping there may be more in the pipeline.

5 out of 5 stars My four year old son adores this book   September 6, 2006

My son was recently given this for his fourth birthday and thinks its wonderful and hilariously funny. The fact that Mr and Mrs Bonkers call each other 'Piglet' and 'Sausage' has him in stitches, and the plots of the three stories are brilliant - with lots of twists and turns and always with warm hearted good humour. I can thoroughly recommend it. I am only sad that so far there don't seem to be any more in the series - surely not for long...?
