My thoughts. July 20, 2008 S. Burn (UK) No bulsh*t, just plain simple steps to help you along. Easy to read and plenty of good solid tips and advice. It's up to you now!
Every Loser, Wins! July 18, 2008 Scott John (UK) I had the pleasure of listening to a 'motivational' speech from the author at a conference back in December 2007. Intrigued, I managed to obtain a free copy of the book in return for this review. Yes, it has taken me a while to get round to reading it but it's well worth it. Steve's approach seems original and is coupled with great humour throughout the book, which makes it very readable. This is a gem of a book; full of useful advice, hints and tips... Give it a go!
Great listening May 1, 2008 Jenny T (Wiltshire England) As a bit of a personal development "junkie" I found this to be absolutely hilarious and so "to the point". There should be a label on the front saying something like "warning... you could have serious fun AND learn a heck of a lot" Wonderful to have an English person's take on alot of the American leaders in the feild of personal development. Well done and look forward to any more?
Brilliant, especially as its written by a brit for British people! April 1, 2008 Kieran Jordon-price 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Its about time. A self-help (or self-destruction!) book that feels confortable to read - due mainly to the fact its british. How many times have you read these sorts of books and completley zoned out because the reference points the author uses are too americanised? The Author is very likeable, which makes this book even more fascinating. But the real Gold within this book is the content itself. I can honestly say, without doubt, that if you are like me and read lots of self improvement books, this one will be at the top of your list. It is, simply, the best book I have read. It has REALLY changed my life. And all for 5.99! Highly Recommended!
Inspirational! February 4, 2008 Mr. A. Bradbury 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Wow, what an amazing book! this book, quite literally, turns all the self help advice on it's head and makes you laugh and go 'Wait, I'm doing that right NOW!' and really inspires you to make changes in your life, be it work or personal (for me it was both) I would recommend this book to anyone, I wasn't looking for a self help book when I picked this up (was looking for a book to read while waiting at the airport) but it just caught my eye, so glad I did. Since reading this book I have set up my own company and am really getting on with things. Of course, you don't want to improve your life, you want to be a failure, so the first step for YOU to being a complete and utter failure is to not buy this book - why would you want a better quality of life?
