After years of endless yoyo dieting I thought I'd give this a go. It is the best thing I've ever done. The cd is very relaxing and educational. It really does look at your relationship with food. I have lost 2 stone in 3 months without dieting. You obviously have to be receptive to the suggestions contained in the cd. I can honestly say that in the 3 months I have been listening to the cd, I have never felt like I was on a diet, have enjoyed my food, enjoyed exercise and haven't wanted alcohol (I used to drink 3-4 bottles of wine a week). I have not felt deprived of anything because I eat what I want when I want. I would however recommend that it is listened to regularly. Don't be impatient and have faith in it!

This CD is amazing, the hypnosis sequence was strange at first but if you can get over that it is very relaxing...and the weight is falling off! Tried this pretty much in desperation and was extremely sceptical about hypnosis at the start, but not any more! Recommended.

Like others, I was extremely sceptical about using this, but at 6 and after ten years of battling cravings I thought I might as well give it a go. While I found parts of the introductory track a little bit cheesy, the hypnotic induction was very relaxing, and to my surprise did put me under, to the extent, that I thought I'd been listening for ten minutes at the most, when the length of the induction is nearer 45 mins. I haven't been using this for very long, but all I can say at the moment is that my cravings and thoughts about food have disappeared; I'm bypassing my bad habits with more ease than I would have thought possible and making the right food choices without agonising in the slightest bit. I would not generalise and say this will definitely work for everyone, but if you do respond to this kind of help, it's an invaluable and inexpensive tool which will boost your other methods of weight control.

I bought five of Paul McKennas CDs which were supreme self confidence, easy weight loss, eliminate stress, sleep like a log and motivation power!. Although they were very relaxing that is ALL I found them to be. I thought it was me so I gave two to my girlfriend and she found them to be the same. They just do not work for me or anyone else I know who have tried them. I would say that hypnotism works for me as I stopped smoking through going to a hypnotist (cost me 50 in 1998), and I would recommend anyone to go to a hypnotherapist, but as for these CDs save your money. It would seem to me that the only succesful way people lose weight is through either being highly self disciplined or through going to weightwatchers.

After years of being 18lbs overweight I, feeling very sceptical, tried this CD. After listening to it the first time, I was pushing my plate away. By the 5th hearing I had lost 6lbs (in a weeK) was opening the crisps, eating 3 and putting the rest in the bin. By the end of week 2, I had lost a total of 10lbs, was walking to work, and didn't want the crisps. The CD is easy to listen to, is very relaxing and WORKS.
