Not for adrenelin pumping shooters December 19, 2002 A totally cool game.....If like me you want something that is strategy based and you can slow the action down a bit and use your brain, not just your trigger finger, then this is the game for you.The Missions are seriously tough but can be mastered as long as you don't use the brawn beats brain technique. I often wondered why no second version of this game was released as it is great....a much more stimulating challenge than most RTS games that involve generally, building as many tanks/artillery units as possible and then blasting the oposition to crap! The engine is great allowing views from first person all the way up to game arena level. The AI could do with some tweaking as the units sometimes behave a bit thick and get stuck or distracted too easily. Still a game I re-load and play when my 'latestest greatest' purchase turns out to be a bag of crap! All in all I loved it and would like to see the engine used for other RTS plots
What a load of c**p December 19, 2000 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Well, let's start with the interface. A confusing keyboard layout, overly sensitive when scrolling and zooming, and un-necessarily complicated. The missions are absolutely impossible. I took this back and demanded (and got) a refund. I would not wish this game inflicted on Bill Gates. I only gave it 1 Star because you can't give it the ZERO it deserves.
