2 out of 5 stars Boring..........   June 6, 2005

When I got this game I had expected something rather like the newer additions to the star wars series. Instead, this has a measly 18 missions, all extremely easy, tiny multiplayer maps. There are very limited vehicles in the multiplayer maps (only 5), and very bland and boring scenery and settings. Everything is rather unrealistic, and [the game] itself can be outstripped by many other games. If you want an astonishing multiplayer game, get Halo/ Halo 2. If you want a good Star Wars game get the revenge of the sith (episode III). If you want to get a game that is good for the first few times, but gets absolutely boring after a few plays, get this.

There are many better games than this. Get something else.

1 out of 5 stars So very...... boring !   February 4, 2004

I am a massive Star wars fan, and this game is the worst Star Wars game ever!
Lucasarts make such good games, then they make this!
The actual storyline is boring, the combat is very poor, and the lightsaber moves are too!
This is a very bad game, don't buy it but if you are really interested, rent it!
Either buy Knights of the Old Republic or Jedi Academy.
Be warned! CLONE WARS is BORING!!!!

5 out of 5 stars The best Star Wars Game Yet   January 7, 2004

I was astounded by the amazon price and i was overwhelmed by how the game plays.
It has a simple user interface, in which you enter your information and go.
Once your in the game, there are various levels to complete. The game has very good graphics which compliments the xbox graphics card.
You cant go wrong with this purchase.

2 out of 5 stars The voice of reason   June 25, 2003

As a resaonably big Star Wars fan I always look to find a game that combines good gameplay with a faithful representation of the Star Wars universe. To my mind there hasn't been one yet and Clone Wars is no exception.

4 out of 5 stars Almost Perfect   June 16, 2003

An almost perfect game which is only let down by the poor level design. The graphics are brilliant and give you a genuine Star Wars feel. The sound effects are again almost perfect but for the poor voices of the characters. The controls are pretty good with all vehicles very responsive. The single player mode is let down by the poor missions. Playing in multi player mode is much more fun as you can ally with your mates to fight of waves of clones. In all modes you either defend or escort one of your allies. The multi player mode is so good it makes up for the poor single player mode. Its XBOX Live enabled so you can have even more fun against fellow gamers.

To summarise, Clone Wars is brilliant in multi player mode but disappointing in single player mode. If you're looking for a good single player Star Wars game then get Rogue Leader on the Game Cube. But the game will bring your hours of entertainment in multi player mode which compensates for the poor single player mode. If you're a Star Wars fan then you will be satisfied by the game overall.
