i love aom. i dont usualy play game storylines if the game is multiplayer, this is no acception. the game may look bad playing supremacy . but online the game is AMAZING!! the mapmaker is just second to none , and there are maps online like river civilisation, where there are island, there are zelda games, which are similiar to riv civ ones, but a bit worse, and there are alot more. This game is great, however i think the the expansion pack is EXTREMELY unfair. firstly, the atlanteans are too good, they cannot be beeten if u dont kill them within 15 minutes, simply because there god powers and infantry and there ability to make infantry into heroes, is just unbeatable. I never god titans, because it makes your base a target for enemys, and even if you do get one, they take up quite a alot of population. my favourite gods are isis, zeus, hades and loki. my online name is RMC_BOUCH so if you ever see me online, and you think you are any good, play me, because i am unbeatable on river civilization :P lots of people have thought im the best online but.... thats not the point. the point it GET THIS GAME, IT IS THE BEST STRATEGY GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED!!!!!!

Age of Mythology is by far one of the best strategy games ever! Both challenging and exciting, you can support the economies of your war-camps to build up your armies and battle against enemies. The scenarios are unbelievably entertaining, and packed, of course, with a magical array of mythological creatures, heroes and powerful war-gods!
Battle your way to victory with this masterpiece of a game!

If you are into fantasy, this is for you. It is full of awesome powers, Gods and Goddesses and ancient civilisations... You can create places to fight which is awesome. All in all it is definitely worth every penny...

Brilliant game, good improvement on the previous medieval age of empires II. Didnt like that cos not a big fan of the medival times, but this is more fun because theres more fantasy in it and its not as serious. The multiplayer is also nice and easy to set up with the main little problem when setting it up being that the username or password is too short. So once youve set it up you can play private games and that with your friends.
So all in all a good game that can be played over and over again!

I've recently purcahses this game and wow does it make a difference to the previous age of empires. After the many hours of playing age of empires 2 i was amazed at the increase in the amount of features. Alone the graphics wowed and even though I was bewildered at the different scenarios I was faced with I got to grips with it and saw similarities in it and the old age of empires. If you are an age of empires fan then this game will definitly help you add to your gaming collection!
