Nice bit of kit!September 24, 2008 Frosty This is a nice bit of kit. Certainly saves you running out of batteries mid game and you rummaging around trying to get some AA batteries from the TV remote or something. I charge mine is one of those stand alone docking stations that can hold two packs. I play with one while the other charges and I swap them around like that. But really good that the cable can recharge the pack while playing. If you are thinking of buying it then it's worth a second look.
very goodSeptember 16, 2008 David tunningley(england) it lasts a long time when fully charge but be were that it dose stop chageing when you put it in then turn off the consle
a good buy
Definitely one to buy but one niggle...May 25, 2008 BudHead(UK) ...charges incredibly slowly, around 5-6hrs if you're playing at the same time but holds charge for a lot longer than I expected. The wire is handy if like me you've another wireless controller but haven't got round to equipping it with a battery pack as it will work as a standard controller. I haven't tested this out yet but I'm assuming the charging wire also means you could connect a wireless controller to a PC via USB for use as a PC gaming pad. Definitely a good purchase.
