What to make of a cycling game August 1, 2003

Being a big fan of Le Tour and cycling in general I decided to buy the game that goes with it. In all fairness its a good game that has been well worked by the guys from Konami. Tour de France has 4 modes of play, arcade, time trial, 2player and tour de france mode. In tour de France mode you make your rider and choose your bike and team before embarking on a career in the sport where you raise your reputation in local races and then enter THE BIG ONE! I reach June in the calendar and get ready for the tour, it lasted three stages!!! Why has the Tour been cut? I really enjoyed playing this game, graphics are good, gameplay is good, overall its a good racing game but by cutting so many stages from the tour Konami have spoilt it.
