No Greendale rocketFebruary 16, 2007 master po 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
It only took my son about 90 minutes to complete this game and he wasn't very happy. There are no Greendale Rocket levels or mini-games. Why call a game Postman Pat and the Greendale Rocket if you're not going to put the train into any part of the game?
The game plays pretty much like an old platformer. Collect letters and parcels, jump from here to there. In between these platform levels are a few mini-games along the lines of collect the raindrops or fly a kite. There are also a few driving bits which are very much like those in the Noddy Gameboy Advance game. Not surprising really when you think this game is made by the same people.
Buy or not to buy? The game contains a few glitches and bugs which can be a bit frustrating. The music is poor and although the graphics are colourful, it must be said that even as a budget game it is hardly worth 15 pounds for 90 minutes of very average fun.
