Fun antill completed July 23, 2008 Mrs. G. Start (England) This game is a childrens version of Brain training, it is quite fun antill you complete all the challanges then it gets tedious and boring.when my daughter tried it she said it was too easy and very boring after about 2 plays on it and she is eleven years old. I think this game is suitable for seven year olds and younger, it is not a good buy and will probabky only be used twice by your child then thrown at the back of a cupboard and never used again. Think about that before you buy.
Train that brain! July 10, 2008 Mufflin (UK) I liked this more than How Old is Your Brain? as there were more puzzles. It also has more scope because you can play each puzzle individually and try to get a gold medal. I felt it was more of a 'game' that How Old is Your Brain which is more a training tool. You can also focus on certain types of game like 'logic' to improve your scores in that area. I would say its fun as such (maths fun??) but its definatley worth a try with the craze of brain training that it taking over the world!.
great fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! May 29, 2008 Mrs. L. Murphy this game is not only fun but it trains you!! it is very addictive and fun. this is another one of my fave games! the music can sometimes get a bit annoying but apart from that it is great. there is a file for practising and a test. there are 4 files for different people. buy this!
Buy this game! April 14, 2008 Hatgirl (UK) I got this game for Christmas, and although lots of girls my age (9) are going to want just cute animal games, I loved this one! The instructions are clear, and Dr. Lobe, (the one that helps you through it) gives straight forward instructions for the games. After a few months of owning it, I started playing a bit of this before I went to school each day, and I think it is working! There are several games which are sorted into five catagories;compute, think, identify, analyze and memorize. You can practice first, then do a test. Overall, this game is great. It's fun and easy to use, and really does work. Definetly buy this game!
Good fun but gets tedious after a while February 13, 2008 hellfire 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Having done Brain Training I thought I'd give this a go. The exercises are good fun and I like that fact that it focuses on memory, thinking, calucating etc..... so testing different skills. I've enjoyed playing the games, but now I've got all my gold medals I feel a bit let down as there are no new challenges, unlike Brain Training, and I've only had it a couple of weeks. And as some other reviewers have said it gets tedious as you keep getting the same old tests. I would recommend it, but it would be nice if there were some extras. I need to try playing in link mode perhaps that will rekindle my enthusiasm.
