Robert Ludlum's best-selling spy novels and blockbuster film adaptations have thrilled millions. Now for the first time, become Jason Bourne, Ludlum's most famous spy, in an original videogame that takes you deeper than ever before into his world of action and espionage. When curious fishermen pull your body from Mediterranean Sea you have little clue of how you got there or even who you are. A hidden Swiss bank account number leads you to Zurich where you soon discover that not only does somebody want you dead, but you're armed with a mysterious mastery of martial arts and marksmanship to fight back. Firearms, melee weapons, advanced fight techniques and even your surroundings are all at your disposal to weaponise, as you neutralise threats in a seamless blend of infiltration, shooting and hand-to-hand combat. Go deep into the Bourne canon as you hunt down the truth behind your fragmented past and turn the tables on the government agency that made you their number one target. You are Bourne - hunted, driven and deadly.

Dull and unimaginative August 6, 2008 C. Elliott (Redditch, Worcs, United Kingdom) What a disappointment. The fighting parts are repetative button tapping. 'Special action' is just reflexively getting the highlighted button with no skill or judgement. The shooting uses a hopelessly unergonomic button layout and has been done so much better in Gears of War, GRAW 2 and R6 Las Vegas. Driving is merely adequate. Plot is linear and uninspired. Punish the developers by not buying it.
I liked it! July 29, 2008 Mr. D. Joseph (UK) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
After reading some of the 1 star reviews on here, I thought I would give my views on this game. I liked it very much. I have never really played this type of game (have never really enjoyed playing GTA), but I thought I would give it a go. I am the type of person who will put a game down after a couple of hours if I really dont like it, but not this one. I was very entertained all the way through to the end. The Bourne series of movies are some of my favourites, so I just had to give the game a try. I loved every action-packed minute of the gameplay. I may just give GTA 4 a try now! Anyone who enjoyed the Bourne movies should definately like this game.
This is not a drill soldier. July 25, 2008 Scotty Apps (UK) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Firstly I'm a huge fan of the movies and when I saw they were making a game I thought, oh no! As most people know game developers seem to have an impressive knack of turning fantastic movies into terrible games, take just about every single Star Wars game ever made and I rest my case. I'm pleased to say however that the game developers of Bourne Conspiracy have done a tremendous job, and its beyond me how some people have rated this game as a two star! I think some reviewers just like to put games down to big themselves up.... Anyway back to the game, its so well made and put together. The graphics are superb, the voice acting is tremendous and I love how they have followed the story of the first movie but with a few extra's thrown in, this way you feel you are playing something new and not just a carbon copy of the movie. The controls are great, very easy to use, why do people want to over complicate things? If it aint broke then don't fix it, and this game certainly aint broke. The hand to hand combat sequences are truly jaw dropping, with many different combos you can use to take your opponent down and the boss battles are gripping, as is the rest of the game. Maybe this is why people have completed it so quickly because you simply can't stop playing it.... I absolutely love this game and would go as far to say its the best game released on the 360 this year.
AMAZING. THE GAME TO MAKE YOU BOURNE. July 18, 2008 A. Roberts 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
this game is brilliant. when i first got it i couldn't go on anything else, it became my drug and still is now. i get endless enjoyment using take downs on numerous enemies and using books, laptops and chairs to knock single enemies down. this game on the whole is brilliant and makes you feel like bourne which is the one thing i thought it wouldn't be able to do. the flash back idea works and provides different styles of missions throughout the game. a deffinate buy!
For fans only July 12, 2008 J. Smith (England) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Be under no illusion, this is not a classic game by any stretch of the imagination. What we have is a game for fans of the film, (of which I am), and also a game which is an example of style over substance. Good and bad points below: Good: - Excellent graphics and interactive cut scenes, make it very exciting at times and realy re-live the feel of the bourne movies - Take downs are huge amounts of fun Bad: - Aiming whilst shooting is absolutely awful - Driving level is embarrisingly bad - Game play can get repetitive - Its over fairly quickly As you can no doubt see, the bad outweights the good here, but if you are a fan, the feel of being 'in' the movie is very strong and keeps you wanting to play. I rented this game out, if I had bought it, I would be upset with the game, so my advice is simply to rent it and enjoy it for what it is. If I wasn't a fan, I would knock off a star (or two)
