Amazon.co.uk Review Strut your funky stuff, dance yourself dizzy, shake your groove thing, get down tonight--whatever your dance style, show off your moves with the Dance: UK Eight-way Dance Mat (compatible with both PlayStation 2 and PSone). The Dance: UK range also includes the PS2 and PSone games, a wireless karaoke microphone and a speaker system. Whether you buy one or all of these products, good times are guaranteed (although be advised that setting it all up can take a few minutes and a bit of patience, as you need to reconnect your console to the TV). The non-slip dancemat can be used with all PS2 and PSone dance games, and is fully compatible with the Dance:UK games. The eight-way dance steps (standard up, down, left and right as well as the four corners) add more fun and challenge to the dance routines. Other features include volume controls, start and select buttons and left and right function buttons at your toes (a brilliant idea and very handy indeed--no more fiddling around with the controller to operate the console during game play). Get on up and dance! --Amber Pring

This is just awkward August 29, 2008 crazykat (staffordshire) Well where to start... Well this dancemat isnt very ideal for those pro dancers on the dancing games. Why? Well i found myself getting rather annoyed everytime i moved my feet to the correct arrows, the whole layout of the arrows very much confuse you and its very easy to miss the four arrows you will use during the dancing part because the other arrows are so close to them. I highly reccomend anyone to buy the stay cool one, its much more like the arcade one. A lot better.
good but not excellent November 23, 2006 Girault (manchester UK) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
It is funny at first with lots of friends but you will quick find out that it is always the same moves.
poor quality October 23, 2006 Ms. Sj Grew (uk) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I initially had a Sony dance mat that both myself and my daughter used regularly for over 2 years without any problems. After a house fire we had to buy another one, so I decided to to buy two because they were a reasonable price. So far, we are now on our 5th dance mat between us. One was only purchased 2 weeks ago, and is showing signs of buttons not working already. This has happened with all of our dance mats of this type, with that and the slipping, I am now reading all reviews trying to find a decent dance mat that will out last our heavy useage.
Slippy April 11, 2006 Miss L Pattinson (Carlisle, Cumbria United Kingdom) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I got this dance UK mat, and I find it slips around uncontrollably, not only slipping but folding up from the inside. It creases and folds making it easily breakable. Any other 10 mat is better! I've just ordered the Dance UK hard mat and hope that will be better.
Very disappointed January 16, 2006 J Brass (UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've bought two of these and had to take them back, they just don't work! The first one the cross didn't work, so we got a replacement. Now on the replacement, after two days' use, the down button has stopped working - useless. I would avoid buying these!
