 A classic Gameboy game that all must own !!! August 6, 2002

This was the first game I bought when I got my Gameboy, and since getting it about a year ago I have reached world 12, level 8. Each of the worlds has any number of levels ranging from about 3 to 8, and I think there are 13 worlds. Each world is different, you start off in a forest, you later go underground, in a castle, by a lake, etc. There are different types of enemies, eg goblins that can't harm you when they sit down but are dangerous standing up, and classics from the cartoon such as Daffy Duck, and the hunter whose name I don't know, as well as the big, red, furry, no-armed monsters. Although this is great fun to play on school trip coach journeys, you can't really play this for very long at a time, as each level is basically the same as the last except with more enemies more complex routes need to be taken to get all eight keys so you can quit the level and go on to the next, and so on. This is a game you'll keep coming back to, rather than spending days playing it then moving on to another game.I found that this game is also a big hit with friends. On school trips, when you're on a really boring 4 hour journey to the other end of the country, just pack your gameboy and this and swop games with your friends. BB:CC4 kept my friends amused for ages, as the first levels are really easy, but the later ones are quite difficult and take a lot of re-playing, and so it will keep you occupied for hours if you can't stand to lose to a game. The later levels are very hard, but the good thing is that it is possible to complete them, but you have to keep trying, and if you're careful, you should complete them without too much bother. There is also a really good feature: if you pause it, you can look around the whole area you are in, and so you can figure out how to get to a key and then try to remember the route as you jump high on bounce pads, hang on overhead rods, climb up vines and smash boxes to clear the way. Some gamers who have oher Gameboy games or PlayStation and PS2 games like I have, may be disappointed that you cannot jump except on bounce pads, but not being able to jump actually is good, as it increases the difficulty of the game, and means that you need to climb up vines or find another route up, which gives it more lasting ability. Overall, this is a great game, with good graphics for a Gameboy, great, bouncy Bugs Bunnyish tunes, a simple story line, and good, if repetitive gameplay, which makes it a game that you'll keep picking up to play again and again.

I got this game a year ago and I haven't got passed level 3. It is good as it has passwords for each level. It's theme and levels are good but not anough to get you hooked and make you be want to complete it. I would recommend it anyway. I still prefer the cartoon to the game.
