A sequel that's been a long time coming, Time Crisis: Project Titan serves up another chance to dig out your PlayStation light gun--indeed, there's a top-notch G-Con gun included here in case you've lost or bust your previous shooter or (surely not) never owned one--and indulge in some pure, unadulterated arcade entertainment. And rather than convert the excellent coin-op sequel, the developers have created an all-new PlayStation-exclusive blastathon. Fortunately, it's rather good. As with its predecessor, things are kept deliberately simple. Playable either in story mode (which allows you to unlock extra bits of the game) or time attack, the guts are effectively the same--you point your gun at the screen and shoot at the bad guys. There's not much of an advance in the formula, but the momentum and the adrenaline of the original are here again, and whilst we'd hope for more from the next game in the line, this is very, very good fun. We just wish it had been a little bit longer. --Simon Brew

This game is almost perfect! OK, so the graphics aren't the best, but the gameplay is excellent! The g-con gun is amazingly accurate, which makes you feel exactly like you are playing on the arcade. The 1 bad thing about this game is the lack of features, there is only story mode, and time attack, i think maybe namco could have added a target practice mode or something like that into this game. Other than that, the experience of this game is worth every penny you pay for it! Buy it with the G-Con. You will regret it if you don't.
