I loved this game. I enjoy all of the scenarios but find epidemics a bit annoying. A must buy for any tycoon / Simulation gamer.

This was the first PC game I ever played. That was 10 years ago and I still play it. It is humourous because of the daft diseases & cures. I also found it challenging. If you like Tycoon games this is for you!

This is a really good game, where its simple to make any size room you want,everything is very straight forward on this game. I really enjoyed this game and makeing the hospital right for the patients.
Overall this game is just amazing and simple to use.

I used to play this all the time, and am seriously considering buying it again BUT does anyone know if this will run on Vista? i have had problems in the past getting old games to work on a new PC.
If anyone can help me, it would be much loved...
