Wow - it's fantastic June 18, 2008 Mrs. Smita Swaroop (UK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The game is very realistic and I love playing this - I have been looking for a suitable strategy game and this was perfect. I really can not express how good it really is, but I can say that the graphics are amazing and so is the actual history (I know the history of Rome).

simply the best gme ever!! January 6, 2008 lightening (london) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
This game is my all time favourite. Rome total war uses a turn based world map to create a good sense of strategy. Then as if this was not enough, they also produced one of the best real time battle modes, with amazing pan shots of the battle field and the ablity to zoom right in on each individual man of your vast armies. Rome total war could only be topped by one of the latest in the series ,medieval total war 2, which uses the same features but with improved graphics and obvioulsy a changed age in which it is set. Rome total war however is still worth a place on any gamers shelf as it is the mother of all good strategy games.
