Amazon.co.uk Review: In a nutshell: Ron Managers of the world rejoice - the best football management game in the world just got better. From the original creators of Championship Manager comes the most in-depth and realistic strategy simulation ever seen. The lowdown: Having already got the balance between complexity and accessibility pretty much spot on, most of the improvements in this latest sequel are designed to make the game feel more organic and believable. A lot of it is simple stuff like being able to conduct team talks and see how players are responding to your dressing room dress downs, but it really makes a difference. It's also possible for major clubs to sign up smaller ones as feeder clubs, while players themselves have a greater level of personality and new signings can be asked to recommend other players. None of the new changes have a massive impact on the way you play the game, but they all serve to create an even more immersive reality. Most exciting moment: The scouting engine has also received a major revamp and makes searching for new stars a lot easier. The scouts you send out can now learn from their experiences and a new scout report card makes it easier to get a quick overview while you do your superstar shopping. Since you ask: This version of the game still doesn't have anything approaching moving graphics and its unlikely that's ever going to change. The interface has been greatly improved though so that it's not only easier to use but also faster and smoother. The bottom line: The best football management game ever made.-HARRISON DENT

Best football management game ever made! June 22, 2007 R. J. Shaw 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I was initially worried when I bought this game because I thought the user interface might be too complicated to use in the xbox 360 version of this game. How wrong I was, it so easy to navigate through the menus using the shoulder buttons (almost as easy as LMA Manager!) add to that the sheer depth of the game and all thats left to say is this game should come with an addictiveness warning!, if your into football you HAVE to buy this. My only word of warning is you do need quite a depth of knowlege about football before you play because there is no tutorial. To call this a game is unfair, THIS IS FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT!!!
Simply The Best May 8, 2007 S. Kumar (London, England) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I own LMA Manager 2007 and CM Manager 2006, and this game is by far the best. The games above lack realism and depth. Football manager solves this problem by introducing feeder clubs as well as an enhanced youth system - always a plus! To those who struggle, there are some cheats available, but only use them as a last resort.
Fantastic Game May 4, 2007 Chunky Le Funga (Spain) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Truly the bees knees. You can choose to manage 100s of teams from across the world, and buys thousands of players. Warning though this game will become addictive and you will spend literally days if not weeks playing this game. Also a good improvement to FM2006 To the guy who didn't realise that to save a game you would need a hardrive, how can anyone be THAT dumb??? And don't give the game 1 star because of your stupidity, this game is truly a 5 star game.
