Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars Slow - but gives you a work out.   July 15, 2008

Great interactive exercise/aerobics session. It grades you on how well you do - example: measures how many repetitions you do, pace, how low you squat or high you jump up.

Also measures your heart rate to see if you are getting the best work out or not. (by measure...you count your own pulse for 15secs and enter it into the system)

You get a small library of songs to choose - which is always good, so you dont have to listen to the same song over and over again.

16 week personal trainer session is abit slow and requires discipline to complete it. I just stick to a couple of the sparring sessions to get the heart racing.

Like the previous review said, this 'game' requires ALOT of space. I am pretty small and need approx 9sqm+ to play with.

You will definately get a work out if you have the discipline. :)

3 out of 5 stars Great fun, but you need LOTS of space   June 12, 2007

The game itself is great fun and almost certainly a great way to get fit, but don't get the impression you are learning a martial art properly - you aren't. However, it isn't a bad supplement for someone who already practices a martial art.

The problem for me at least is that you need a lot of space. You need to stand about 3 metres away from the camera and have over a metre on each side (ideally more) for punching and kicking. That is a lot of space and a lot of people either won't have room or will have to move furniture every time they want to play.
