They work fine March 6, 2008 D. J. Mccallum (, Scotland) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
C heap and nasty they aint, ive gone through about 250 pf these in the last year over 2 seperate pcs, sometimes it is just the luck of the draw, but ive had half a spindle of sony discs go in the bin before, so you never can tell, but you cant quibble at this price, iuse mine through a divx player.
No problems after 3 packs February 22, 2008 Persuivant 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've had no problems with these DVD-r's so far. I'm using a Panasonic DMR-ES10 DVD recorder. My previous Panasonic E55 refused to use anything but 4x speed and slower - the machine just spat them out, even really expensive media. It could see there was a DVD inside, but it just wouldn't record on them at all. I wonder if something like that is happening to the people that have left 1 star reviews? Sometimes the dye or the DVD's own pre-recorded setup data gives certain recorders indigestion. It isn't always the media (although of course sometimes it is!). The DVD's also have a nice gray-silver surface which shows up DVD pen ink much better than the coloured surfaces of some other DVD-r's.
Half way through my Second 50 and Still no problems! February 10, 2008 Avid Reader (Middle England) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful

4 1 stars? These are a great bargain and NEVER fail me February 2, 2008 Mr. R. P. Chauhan (London, England) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I had to review this after reading the 4 1 stars because I have been through not 1, not 2, not 3, nope - not 4, 5, 6 or even 10 of these but 15! Yes, FIFTEEN of these 50 packs and not ONE, not ONE has been faulty. Not one has given me decreased performance and not one pack has been returned or problematic in any form. They're a great buy considering I have been through the same amount of other supplier's discs and they have failed at least a couple of times but these haven't. BUY (either -R or +R) with Confidence.
No problems so far! January 13, 2008 Shanks (London, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I normally buy Verbatim DVD-Rs, but I thought it would be worth taking a chance of this item (especially as the Verbatims were on delay). So far, so good! I have used the discs on several different burners so far (Domestic Panasonic DVD recorder, Vaio laptop, Philips DVD Drive), with only one failure so far. So I have recently order another couple of packs!
