I BOUGHT THIS TYPHOON SET AT STAPLES IN JUNE 2004 FOR A BARGAIN 20 QUID.I WAS AT FIRST PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE BECAUSE IT WAS FAIRLY EASY TO INSTALL AND LOOKED VERY STYLISH.AFTER THE INITIAL CHARGEING OF THE MOUSE IBEGAN TO USE MY NEW SET.I WAS IMPRESSED WITH RESONSIVENESS OF THE MOUSE ANDTHE AMOUNT OF HOT KEYS INCLUDED ON THE KEYBOARD.HOWEVER AFTER 2 HOURS OF USE IHAD TO RESET THE KEYBOARD AS SOMEHOW THE FREQENCY HAD BEEN LOST. THIS WAS NOT A ONE OFF OCCURANCE EITHER. I GENERALLY HAVE TO DO THIS EVERY HOUR WHICH IS VERY FRUSTRATING. ONE OR TWICE THE MOUSE ALSO HAS LOST THE SIGNAL. I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE WITH WIRELESS SETS WHO AFTER THE INITIAL LINK UP HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS,SO ITHINK THIS IS ONE TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON.

I ordered this Typhoon set not exactly sure what i was going to get.Let me say that i am absolutely delighted with it.Set up and installation was a breeze, had it running in no time at alland it works like a charm. All the necessary batteries were supplied,Duracells at that,and rechargeable ones for the mouse,so no hunting to find a set that worked.The keyboard has a really good feel to it with the keys being very positive.The mouse is a good quality and it surprised me to find not only optical but 800dpi also.Superb value for money when you look at what you get. I think youd have to spend a lot more to find anything better.A real winner.
