I bought this as a replacement for a bundled wireless medion keyboard and mouse which was absolute rubbish!
This Logitech product looks good feels good and works properly without draining my rechargeable batteries within a matter of days.
Recommended to anyone fed up with crap bundled with their PC.

On first look this bundle is pretty neat. The PC picked up the keyboard and mouse straight away without hassle, and both the keyboard and mouse are responsive and nice to use.
Sadly, I have found a couple of issues with the keyboard specifically:
(1) The key combination of CTRL+SHIFT+CURSOR does not respond in some instances. As a software developer I use this key combination a lot to hightlight whole words to the left and right of the caret. Anyone who develops or does a lot of word processing may find this VERY irritating. In my experience it usually works for three of the cursor arrow directions, but not the fourth, and usually the left arrow is affected (i.e. you can't CTRL+SHIFT+CURSOR-LEFT) but sometimes it's one of the other directions instead.
(2) The control panel software you get to program the keyboard additional functions keys is quite nice, but for the keyboard if you assign an internet URL to a key, it will only work if your browser is already open, otherwise it does nothing. You can kind of solve this by putting the path to your browser with a command line argument but it's hassle.
(3) The mouse "feels" like it would be more suited to a left hander due to the ergonimic design; maybe just as I am so used to an MS optical mouse.

I did a fair bit of research before buying a wireless mouse/keyboard bundle, reading reviews on many different products which all seemed to have at least some flaw. Then I stumbled accross this bundle. It's just truly brilliant!
Pros:
The keyboard- which is just like any other standard keyboard- feels smooth and well made.
There are an appropriate amount of hotkeys (music, calculator, email, home and other media control buttons). Nothing OTT.
The hotkeys can all be changed to suit your needs using the software provided (except the media hotkeys).
The software provided is optional- you only need to install it if you want the tilt control feature and want to modify some settings (e.g. Mouse acceleration, Hotkey modification)
You can encrypt the connection between your keybaord and the receiever (using the software provided).
The mouse does not feel heavy at all!
It is a laser mouse which means tracking is very precise, and apparently laser mouses use less power, meaning you don't have to change the batteries often.
Though I cannot comment on the battery life yet (btw, batteries are provided), I read in a review elsewhere that if you turn off the mouse when it is not in use, then the mouse batteries can last upto 9 months! I suppose this is more or less the same for the keyboard as well.
The whole bundle is very stylish- especially the reciever!
Cons:
There are no caps lock, scroll lock and numlock indicators.
Some of the media hotkeys don't seem to work: i.e. if you press the volume down button, the volume won't go down. This also happens with the volume up and mute buttons. However, I think this may be because of my current computer settings!
Overall: This item is highly recommended. The cons are nothing big and you would not really care about it once you try out this OEM bundle yourself. I would recommend it to anyone.
