| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Targus USB-PS/2 Optical Mini Mouse is one of the world's smallest optical screen scroller mice, making it perfect for the road warrior who needs to save space. Unlike a traditional mouse, the USB-PS/2 Optical Mini Mouse doesn't use a tracking ball. It uses an alternative optical sensor and digital signal processor to read and follow your mouse moves, eliminating erratic cursor movement. You can also use the "Screen-Scroller" wheel to scroll up, down, left or right and alternate between open applications. The mouse offers a standard USB connection for true plug and play functionality and a USB to PS/2 adapter for compatibility with Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT and Mac OS.

Not the mini mouse I was expecting June 24, 2004 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I cannot rate this mouse on its technical ability as I have not opened it yet. This is because it looks nothing like the picture of the mouse shown above. Its a different shape for a start and has plastic transparent panels on the upper surface which in truth, make the mouse look cheap and gimmicky..rather like something out of a cracker! Im sure the mouse is fine when in use but mine will not get that far as im returning it now!
Great little mouse March 15, 2004 Mr. A. Padley (Brighton, UK) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I had the 'ball' version of this mouse a little while back and liked the size of it. I decided to buy the optical version as most ball mice keep sticking. I received the V2 mouse and it looked different to that in the picture and I wasn't sure if I liked the new design. After using the mouse on my iMac (Mac OS X), all fears were allayed as I find the mouse very easy to use with good feedback and good wheel motion. As such, it's staying on my iMac for the foreseeable future.
