Mouse dies after 1 month July 21, 2008 Kim (London) I had the mouse for a month and used it only a handful of times (it is for my home notebook which isnt used frequently) until one day I plugged it in and it just stopped working. I replaced the batteries and tried it on different OS's but with no luck. When it worked it was a great mouse but it's lifespan is ridiculous. Unfortunately I was slow to return and missed the opportunity.

There may be a multitude of wireless mouses to choose from but if you're after a simple, compact, ultra reliable and travel friendly mouse then this one is for you. It may be slightly more expensive than some rivals and not have the latest ergonomic or click options out there but for its simplicity, scroll wheel, zoom button and click between open screens, it's more than enough for every day clicking. Battery life is excellent - still going strong way over a year later with daily use - and it works perfectly within any normal range (how far do you want to go?) For such a simple little thing that sits alongside your laptop day after day, it just does what it should. For a plug and play mouse look no further and it all packs away neatly once you're done.
Brilliant Product May 23, 2008 N. Ross (UK) This mouse is easy and quick to install and I have Windows Vista. It really is plug and play! It is a top quality design and very comfortable to use. I highly recommend it.
Try before you buy May 14, 2008 Richard Croll 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am left handed and ordered this mouse online without trying it. Personally I found it very difficult to use causing strain in my fingers after a couple of hours. The position of the wheel relative to the buttons simply did not suit me. Additionally I found the scroll wheel difficult to control as it does not have any friction movement. It is a well made mouse and I am sure that most people will find it very good but I was surprised how I did not find it comfortable. I ended up going to a computer store and spending ages trying different mice before deciding on the Logitech V450 laser mouse. It's an excellent device and I have no problems in using it. My recommendation is to try before you buy.

In terms of size and comfort, this is probably the nicest mouse I have ever had to use, although such areas are always subjective. I don't like the receiver, which sticks out as far as a USB stick, but it is plugged into the back of my laptop and works perfectly. There is no problem with battery life either. It's good value for money, too, compared with Logitech's equivalent. I have knocked off one star due to the size of the receiver, but otherwise this a great mouse.
