FANTASTIC - look, price + quality!! June 15, 2008 lil-d1985 (UK) This was the first mouse I ever bought for my laptop and I have not been disappointed. I have had this mouse now for just under 2 years and have had absolutely no problems. This mouse is a pleasure to use since it is perfectly formed for the hand and the buttons are very smooth with the slightest touch being enough, which is great because my previous desktop pc mouse was a little stiff and gave me pain in the hand. There is no delay between touch and action on screen so usage is very smooth. Also the little blue light on the back is very nice and helps you locate the mouse from the corner of your eye. Also there is a small button on the left hand side which when pushed magnifies the screen. This is really useful if you quickly want to magnify something on screen. This was especially useful for me since I use a lot of photo editing software which often requires zooming in and out and with this function it is hassle free. So all in all a GREAT product, definitely 5 stars. The only thing it would lose points on is its effectiveness whilst using Autocad. Usually the wheel when pushed acts as the pan function in Autocad, but with this mouse it doesnt work for some reason. But despite this, I still love it!
Not as good as it looks June 2, 2008 Y. Wang (London) Donnot buy this mouse if ur using: 3Dsmax, AutoCAD, or other graphic softwares. The mouse looks nice, indeed it is. I really love the shape and color of it, the mid wheel is very sensitive. It is good on game play and normal use. I shall say it is over senitive, and somehow mid wheel has reaction delay on softwares. It showes significant delay on using AutoCAD and 3Dsmax, and over senitive on zoom in and out on AutoCAD. This mouse is a graphic designer's nightmare.... .
Pretty Flawless May 13, 2008 M. D. Consterdine (Newcastle, Staffs, UK) the size, weight, quality and general feel of this mouse are all near perfect for laptop use. It also has the best 'click' feel of any mouse I've ever used.
Works with Apple Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger April 21, 2008 Tinker T (London, UK) In case you're wondering, this mouse (Microsoft Notebook Optical Mouse 3000) works with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger). The packaging says Version 10.2-10.4.x and I am using it successfully with Version 10.4.11.
Small and light March 12, 2008 Small Scale (London UK) This is a good notebook mouse, although it is quite a lot smaller than the picture suggests, so it's not for the ham-fisted amongst us. It's light, accurate, and has a satisfying "click" to it. However, there is a small blue button on the left side of the mouse that isn't mentioned in the documentation, so I'm at a loss to know what it's for. And I thought mice were simple items.
