I got one of these screens a few days ago and have used it pretty much continuously since with absolutely no problems. The stand fitted with no trouble and the tilt works just fine, it plugged and played straight away and had no dead pixels, the controls are unobtrusive but not fiddly to use should you want to adjust the display.
I really can't find anything about it to criticise at all - it's just a really nice monitor.

Not all the P223W screens on Amazon are a) sold by Amazon and b) have DVI.
This one has two inputs (DVI and RGB) so can be used with e.g. 2 laptops. Very handy.
Lots of reviews on the web. For most people, any old 22" screen will be enough. My main concern with this screen was the reflections- but they are minimal and shouldn't stop anyone purchasing.
