Brought this to upgrade my 20inch GNR monitor and have two monitor set up. In comparison to the GNR the Acer colours look washed out no matter how I set it. Still using the GNR for most things as the screen is much better. My opinion is the Acer is an OK monitor but not outstanding.

Got mine from a competitor but reviewing here, excellent monitor cant fault it in anyway, price, picture - superb!
PS, Dont load the drivers - XP does it all for you.

For the price I was expecting to be moderately happy - nooo - ammazed !!
Connect stand, plug in, connect PC, Select resolution, press auto configure - done.
Fantastic picture, too bright for me though (turned down easily).
Great colour, great blacks, super sharp , easy controls.
I can easily watch TV (PIP), read Email & browse two Explorer windows - much better than I expected.
No DVI but that doesn't really matter.
Purists say CRT is better but I use LCD's at work and now at home and I like them....this one's excellent.

Although this monitor has no DVI slot it is well made and gives good colour. it seems to be quite easy to set up and is ideal for Flight Sims as well as other situations. the wide screen takes a little getting used too but on the whole a bargain
