The Market Leading Monitor!October 4, 2008 Tech Dude(Scotland) I love almost everything about this monitor, from its sleek modern design and innovative control system to the market leading technical specifications it offers. The 20,000:1 contrast ratio allows vivid colour detail for both computer and TV viewing (I currently use the TV tuner in my pc...the monitor itself does not have a TV tuner). With a 2 millisecond response rate there is no flicker or distortion when viewing. It is a great looking monitor and is amazing value for around 200, I would recommend that you buy this over a cheaper 22" model as it has much more to offer. It comes with both DVi and standard connection cables which are suitable for any PC. The picture through DVi looks fantastically sharp. Buy this or the HD version if you want the best screen around! Don't forget the "Black Rose" Samsung range has won awards including a 5 star review in "What Hi-Fi?"!

Had the T220 as a second monitor for a few weeks now. Worked well out of the box. Included software was appallingly bad but fortunately not needed. First impressions are it looks great, even turned off. Touch sensitive power switch is very nice, and having all the buttons round the side makes for very clean lines. Downside are display clarity isn't quite as good as my laptop and films are still letterboxed (but I knew that before I bought it). Generally a pretty good ownership experience but don't buy if you expect ultimate sharpness (and would you get it for this price?). Still a 4 star product though.
